How can I request a quote?

You can request a quote directly through our website, by emailing us or calling us by phone. To speed up our response, we recommend including all available information about the product you need, such as brand, model or code, quantity, and any technical details needed to identify it.

I don't know the exact product code, can you help me?

Yes, as long as we have enough information to identify the type of component. You can send us photos of the product and its identification plate, plus dimensions, connections and any other technical characteristics available.

For example, if you need a valve and have photos, dimensions or a technical drawing that lets us identify its characteristics, we can check our catalog to see whether we have a product that meets the requirement.

UTECSA does not perform technical homologations of other brands' products. Our product datasheets include their technical specifications so the customer can review them and determine whether the component is suitable for their application.

Does UTECSA only work with the brands published on the site?

Yes. UTECSA sells the products corresponding to the brands and manufacturers listed on our website.

We do not place special orders for products from other brands.

Are the products published on the site available for immediate delivery?

UTECSA keeps stock of the products published in its catalog and restocks constantly.

However, due to inventory turnover, a product may be temporarily out of stock. For this reason, we recommend confirming availability when requesting your quote.

We do not place special orders for products outside our catalog.

Do you ship outside Santiago?

Yes. We coordinate shipping across all of Chile and also to Latin America.

For shipments to Latin America we work under Ex Works terms, with a minimum purchase amount of USD 1,000.

Shipping conditions and options are provided during the quoting process.

What information should I send to request a quote?

The information needed depends on the type of product requested. In general, the more technical details you provide, the easier it will be to correctly identify the component in our catalog.

• Brand and product code, if known.
• Quantity required.
• Photos of the component and its identification plate.
• Main dimensions.
• Type and size of connections or threads.
• Material, when relevant.
• Pressure, flow rate, displacement or other technical characteristics, depending on the type of component.
• Any drawing, sketch or datasheet available that helps correctly identify the requirement.

The information needed will vary by product family. For example, for tubing, dimensions and material are especially relevant; for adapters, thread type and size and dimensions; for hoses, dimensions and required characteristics; and for components such as valves, pumps or other hydraulic elements, it's important to provide as much technical information and identification as possible.

Important note on homologations: UTECSA does not perform homologations of other brands' products nor certify technical equivalences. Our team can help identify products available in our catalog when the information provided allows it, but validating that a product's technical characteristics are suitable for a given application is the customer's responsibility.
